A reporter asked, in his recent speech on China policy toward China, US Secretary of State Brin said that China poses the most serious and long-term challenge to the international order, and the United States must defend and reform the “international order based on regulation of Cinema.” What is the spokesperson’s comment on this?

Zhao Lijian said that Blinken’s speech on China is full of lies and inverted black and white, and the basis for attacking China is exactly what the United States does today. The United States itself is most suitable for the hat that poses the most serious and long-term challenge to the international order. The so-called “rules-based international order” advocated by the United States is to put it bluntly, it is an international order based on American rules, and it is a hegemonic order that dominates the world with “family laws and regulations”. Last week, my colleagues have responded to the content of his speech. Today I am willing to list some facts and numbers to help everyone further see the lies and fallacies of the US and their hypocrisy.

First of all, the United States has no fear of the international order based on the UN Charter and international law. The United States has been founded for more than 00 years and has not fought for only 16 years. It has become the biggest source of chaos in the current international peace and stability and the biggest instability factor in the international order. CinemaThe United States claims to defend self-determination, sovereignty and peaceful settlement of disputes established by the United Nations CharterCinemaKomiks and other concepts, but they are actually saying one thing and doing another. As American writer William Bloom pointed out in his book “Democracy: The Fatal Output of AmericaKomiks“, since the end of World War II, the United States has tried to overthrow more than 50 foreign governments and roughly interfered in the democratic elections of at least 30 countries. According to a report from Brown University in the United States, since 2001 alone, the United States has either launched wars or carried out military operations in the name of “counter-terrorism”, causing more than 800,000 deaths, including 300,000 civilians, and more than 20 million refugees have been generated by victimized countries such as Afghanistan, Iraq, and Syria alone.

Secondly, the United States is the most powerful destroyer of the international order. The United States adheres to American centralism and American exceptionalism and breaks contracts and withdraws from the group at will. This has become commonplace. The United States not only refuses to sign or ratify the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, but also votes against the Global Compact on Migration and the Global Compact on Refugees, but also exclusively blocks negotiations on the UN Protocol to the Verification of the Convention on Biological Weapons. Since the 1980s, the United States has withdrew from 17 international organizations or Komiks international organizations or Babaylan agreements, including the United Nations Human Rights Council, the WHO, UNESCO, the Paris Agreement, the Iranian nuclear agreement, the Arms Trade Treaty, the Intermediate-Feeding Treaty, the Open Skies Treaty, and the Komiks International Organizations or the Babaylan Agreement, including “retreat and return, return and return”. Such an American is so arrogant that he disguised himself as a referee of international rules, using the so-called rules to shine on others, and ignoring the darkness under his own light. When US politicians are vocal about the matter with the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, they don’t know if they know that the United States is not even a party to the Convention.

Thirdly, the United States is not qualified to discuss rules at all. In the United States’ view, international rules have always been subordinate to and serve American interests and hegemony. When the two are consistent, the United States uses rules as a basis, and when they are contrary to each other, it regards rules as air. II would like to ask the US side to answer several questions: When the United States launches arbitrarily war against sovereign states to make a fussy revolution, what are the rules? When the United States imposes unilateral sanctions on illegal laws and traps people in relevant countries, what are the rules? When the United States continues to arrears of US$1 billion in membership dues and US$1.4 billion in peacekeeping assessments, what are the rules? When the United States engages in trilateral security partnerships and quadratic mechanisms, and attempts to build an Indo-Pacific version of NATO, disrupting the Asia-Pacific and undermining the international nuclear non-proliferation system, what are the rules? When the so-called “Democracy Summit” that under the banner of so-called democracy and conducts a division of the camp, excludes more than half of the world’s countries, what are the rules? When the WTO clearly confirms that the US tariff war against China violates global trade rules, but the US does not enforce it or even obstructs the WTO Appellate Body to appoint a new judge, what are the rules?

Finally, the United States is the master of coercive diplomacy. The United States places domestic law above international law and international rules, and abuses illegal unilateral sanctions and long-arm jurisdiction. Since the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, Venezuela, Syria and Iran have been subject to long-term sanctions by the United States, and the domestic economic and medical conditions are bad, and the epidemic situation is severe. The United States has not stopped sanctions, but has further increased its efforts, making these countries worse. The international community is increasingly seeing the principles of market competition and international economic and trade advocated by the United States, and will only be abide by the United States when it is favorable to the United States. What American politicians talk about is fair competition and free trade, they believe in the United States first, and they wave the American stick in their hands. Zhao Lijian stressed that in the more than 70 years since the founding of New China, we have not taken the initiative to launch a war and have not occupied an inch of land in other countries. We insist on resolving disputes through dialogue and negotiation, and have completely resolved the land border issue in a peaceful manner with 12 of the 14 land neighbors. As the world’s second largest economy, China’s contribution to global economic growth has remained at around 30% for many years, ranking first in the world for 15 consecutive years. China has become the second largest assessed country in UN contributions and peacekeeping funds, and actively participatesConstruction and reform of the global governance system, and maintain the spirit of the UN Charter and the authority of the UN with practical actions. Facts have proved and will continue to prove that China has always been a builder of world peace, a contributor to global development, and a defender of international order. China will also always work with all countries that love and advocate justice, unite under the banner of the United Nations, practice true multilateralism, and continue to contribute confidence, wisdom and strength to the universal prosperity of the world and the common progress of mankind.
