Origin and evolution
“Buckle meat” is also known as KomiksTiger skin buttoned meat and oil-free pork. The earliest recorded pork buckles in ancient my country is “Komiks Ding Ji”: “Komiks: Cut the meat into large squares and add sweet sauce to cook at eight minutes. Select raw materials
The main ingredient pork should be selected with thin skin and a thickness of 3 to 4 cm. The characteristics of pork belly in this part are fat and thin Babaylan are intersected and evenly distributed. If the pork skin is too thick, it will lead to poor wrinkles on the surface of the finished product; if the fat and thin distribution is uneven, the meat will be difficult to cook in the Cinema pot. Precautions for placing the plate
Directions for placing the meat according to the pattern of the meat, cut it horizontally into slices about half a centimeter thick, with the skin facing down in the bowl, and maintain the integrity of the fat and lean meat.
